Roadside Safety
Project Overview
As UX/UI Designer for Allstate Roadside, my role was to enhance the digital experience by creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that streamline the roadside assistance process. I focused on designing seamless interactions that allow users to quickly request and track their rescue from their mobile devices, reducing stress during emergency situations.

Problem Statement
Drivers experiencing roadside emergencies often encounter delays and uncertainty when requesting assistance. The lack of a seamless, real-time tracking system can lead to frustration and stress. There is a need for a user-friendly solution that allows drivers to quickly initiate and monitor their rescue directly from their phone, ensuring a faster, more transparent, and reassuring experience.

Icon Styles & Designs
At Allstate, I contributed to the component library, establishing design standards that made scaling easier. By reducing redundancy and creating a shared design language, I ensured visual consistency across pages and channels, making the experience more seamless and efficient for both designers and users.

UI Design Mobile App

The mobile applications enable users to request assistance quickly and track the arrival of help in real-time, enhancing the overall user experience.
Research User Research

For 3 years, I worked closely with cross-functional teams, applying Agile UX methodologies to create User Centered designs for Allstate's Roadside Assistance platform.
TEST MVP Flow

Each sprint allowed us to design, test and improve small parts of the product, ensuring continous enhancements based on real user feedback.
UI Design Concepts

Rather than spending months refining a design before launch, we took an iterative approach, working in short, focused sprints.

Complex (ARS) EcoSystems
Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
The mobile apps make it easy for users to request help and track its arrival in real-time, creating a smoother and more reassuring experience. On a broader level, the Allstate Roadside Services (ARS) ecosystem served multiple user personas, adding complexity to the design process and making this a uniquely challenging and rewarding project.
